Meet the Founder
Tara Pisaturo-Founder & Director of Grant Services
Tara is a grants and municipal finance professional specializing in competitive funding strategy, fiscal administration, and public-sector capacity building.
Tara has extensive experience in grant development, public finance, post-award administration, and federal/state compliance. She has supported municipal departments in opportunity research, budgeting, proposal preparation, reporting, and audit-aligned file management. Her work includes exposure to grant programs such as COPS Hiring, US DOJ Byrne JAG, DECD CDBG/Small Cities, CT DOT, DESPP, DEMHS, HHS, IDEA and SAMHSA. She specializes in helping municipalities establish grant workflows, build internal capacity, and improve competitiveness through structured planning, logic models, templates, and compliance-ready documentation. Tara’s expertise is transferable nationwide, equipping her to support government agencies and public-serving organizations across the United States.
In her spare time, Tara enjoys being with her sons and has a passion for film, travel, and dance.
